Join friends, new and old, for an evening of stress-relief and a delicious meal prepared and served by Redbird Cafe. Liz Smith of Serendipity Yoga will guide you through your meal with attention to mindfulness for the body and mind. The unique evening will begin with a series of mindful movements suitable for all that will help promote healthy digestion and help calm the body and mind after a busy day. Following this, guests will be invited to eat a hearty, warming farm-to-table meal with awareness and attention to all of the senses. After filling our bellies with a balanced dinner, all will be invited to participate in a culminating meditation to seal in the experience.
